Recently I had the pleasure of introducing Hollie, our esteemed guest from PM Collaborative, an outsourcing company based in Brisbane. We chatted about Hollie's intriguing career trajectory, which saw her transition from the real estate industry to nursing, and eventually back to real estate through her innovative outsourcing company.

Our conversation took an interesting turn as we explored the burgeoning trend of outsourcing routine inspections in the property management industry. Hollie shed light on how outsourcing, although a relatively new concept for Brisbane and Queensland, is gradually gaining acceptance. She painted a vivid picture of PM Collaborative as a boutique collaboration offering personalized support to property managers.

Hollie passionately explained the manifold benefits of outsourcing routine inspections for property managers. She emphasized that outsourcing allows property managers to manage more properties, thereby increasing their profits. She also stressed the importance of creating capacity within the office, especially in an industry where staffing can be challenging.

Despite my initial apprehension about trusting someone else to perform inspections, Hollie's assurance and the satisfaction of her clients helped alleviate my concerns. We agreed on the importance of finding the right fit and how outsourcing can relieve stress for property managers covering large geographical areas.

When asked about her team, Hollie revealed that her daughter, who she recently trained, has recently started with her.
